- Digital Product & Educational Content
All courses, mentorship programs, training materials, videos, documents, presentations, recordings, downloads, and related content are educational products provided in digital format.
Access is granted exclusively to the individual purchaser.
- No Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the digital nature of the products and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
No refunds, partial refunds, chargebacks, or credits will be provided for:
- Failure to complete the course.
- Change of mind.
- Dissatisfaction with the content.
- Lack of results.
- Personal circumstances.
- Failure to attend live sessions.
- Failure to access content due to user-related technical issues.
By completing the purchase, you expressly waive any right to request a refund after access has been granted.
- Intellectual Property
All course materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.
Purchasing a course does not transfer ownership of any content.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, record, distribute, or share any course materials.
- Upload course content to social media platforms.
- Publish course materials online.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute any part of the course.
- Provide login credentials to another person.
- Confidentiality & Account Sharing
Access is licensed solely to the purchaser.
Sharing access with any third party is strictly prohibited.
The Company reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate access without refund if account sharing is detected.
- Recording Prohibition
Participants may not:
- Screen record lessons.
- Download protected content.
- Record live sessions.
- Capture screenshots for commercial use.
- Use artificial intelligence tools to reproduce or redistribute the content.
Unauthorized recording or distribution may result in legal action.
- Results Disclaimer
The Company does not guarantee any specific financial, business, sales, investment, employment, licensing, or real estate results.
Individual results depend on personal effort, market conditions, experience, skills, and numerous factors beyond the Company's control.
Any examples of income, commissions, transactions, or business success are provided for illustration purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of future performance.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the course or use of any materials provided.
- Termination of Access
The Company reserves the right to revoke access immediately without refund if a participant:
- Violates these Terms & Conditions.
- Shares course materials.
- Engages in abusive, unlawful, or fraudulent conduct.
- Attempts to copy, distribute, or sell course content.
- Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

By completing payment and accessing the course, you acknowledge that:

- You understand that all payments are final and non-refundable.
